In 1933, Ernesto Bialetti, invented the moka pot, today it’s one of the most popular coffee brewing gadgets for excellent home brewing Italian style.
Brewing tips: never fill the water above the safety valve. Keep clean and dry all the Moka parts after brewing. Do not press the coffee powder into the filter, just level it. Do not apply flame beyond the base of the Moka Pot. Use warm water to reduce the brewing time.
