Join us for a hands-on fermentation experience where you’ll create your own sauerkraut, tailored to your taste with a variety of herbs, vegetables, fruits, and spices.
All ingredients are provided, and you’ll leave with a glass jar of your homemade sauerkraut and a recipe booklet to inspire future creations.
The objective of this workshop is to make lacto-fermented foods approachable and accessible, helping participants overcome their fear of bacteria and microbes.
