The Story:
Nakul’s philosophy is to use a chemical-free, gentle process for decaffeinating coffee. He employs liquid CO₂ at low temperatures and pressure to extract caffeine from the bean cells while minimally disrupting the compounds that influence flavor. The caffeine is then filtered from the CO₂, which is recycled to continue the extraction process, ensuring a sustainable and high-quality decaffeination method.
