all grown in 1 estate: Halli Berri, in Chikmagalur, Karnataka.
1 Coffea canefora; Sl. 274, and 3 Coffea arabicas; Obata, Chandragiri and Sl. 795.
This nano lot was processed using Marc’s molecular coffee fermentation method after harvesting the cherries.
The overall sensory experience:
As a Christmas blend, it delivers promisingly with a soft aroma of rum and hints of cardamom. Gingerbread, figs and honey follow the round and smooth medium body. With a medium citric acidity, and a dark chocolate finish, this coffee leaves you warm and wanting more.
Depending on the brewing method you choose, the notes will be highlighted or expressed in a different way. If you’re having the cold drip, the chocolate notes will speak stronger. If you choose a pourover, the citric acidity will shine. If you try the espresso the rum and spice will be the protagonists of the show. We hope these base notes help you identify the diverse notes of your cup!
