Biodiversity: Ratnagiri Estate is a Rainforest Alliance certified farm, prioritising ecological practices like wastewater processing, organic fertilisers, and compost. The farm’s name, Ratnagiri, meaning ‘Pearl Mountains,’ is a tribute to the majestic Silver Oaks that gracefully overshadow the coffee plants, casting a silvery glow upon the hills. Arabica coffee and pepper are among the diverse ecosystem.

Sensory Experience: This coffee presents a clean cup with a precise and well-defined flavour profile, featuring delightful sweetness and nuanced undertones reminiscent of raspberry jam, blood orange, honey, and apricot.
Terroir: The elevation, cool temperatures and rich, well-drained soil and shade cover by the trees provide an ideal environment for Arabica coffee to grow. The farm is fed by two freshwater streams, providing consistent hydration, natural nutrients, and regulating soil moisture.
