Description

Terroir: Coorg’s optimal growing conditions along with abundant rainfall and shade from native trees that enhance slow bean development, result in an exquisite blend of Arabica and Robusta beans known for their quality and flavour.

With a passion for farming and agriculture, Ashish Rao spent the last 4 years perfecting Skia coffee while balancing his professional career in the oil and gas industry. With the aim to add value using molecular fermentation and drying techniques he attended the molecular course at Marc’s. Since then we have been working closely and now, we are more than proud to showcase his beans in our Skia blend, showing what can be achieved in just 4 years with the right techniques on an estate.
