Museua has tailored the soundscape for this lush, bright coffee. Brewing minimal sounds with a rolling bass line and a few sweet vocals, just like the coffee. Head over to Bandcamp and listen to it:

Recipes:
- Espresso: We recommend grinding finer than usual and aiming for a longer extraction. Since you don’t want to limit the cup’s acidity, don’t be afraid of what might seem like an over-extraction compared to your other coffees. This coffee is dense and needs time to open up to its full potential.
- Filter: The same applies here. There’s a lovely cranberry note hidden when brewed in a filter. Grind fine and aim for a 3:00 minute brew with a high water temperature.

Peaberry coffee refers to a naturally occurring coffee bean mutation where a single, rounded bean forms inside the coffee cherry instead of the usual two flat-sided beans. This results in a smaller, denser bean that some believe has more concentrated flavor characteristics.
Key Features of Peaberry Coffee:
-
- Rarity: Only about 5-10% of coffee beans harvested are peaberries, making them a specialty product.
- Roasting: Peaberry beans roast differently from flat berry beans, so they are often separated to ensure an even roast. Peaberry beans are rounder and denser, which can make it harder to get a consistent roast.
- Flavor Profile: Often described as brighter and more complex due to their concentrated nature. Some say they have a smoother consistency in roasting because of their rounded shape.
- Selection: Peaberries are hand-sorted from regular beans, adding to their exclusivity and cost.
- Shape: Their round shape allows for more even roasting compared to flat-sided beans.
Peaberry coffee is celebrated for its unique characteristics and often featured in specialty coffee offerings.
