Our Espresso Blend is composed of three different coffees, to produce a fragrant, sweet, aromatic, round bodied, and balanced cup. The quintessence of an Indian Espresso; complex notes of roasted nuts, caramel, warm spices, red fruits, and cacao.

Elevation: 2500-4000 ft (750 – 1200 m) above sea level
Processing Method: 70% fully washed; 30 % sun-dried / natural
Gives a mix of highlighting acidity, as well as the roundness and sweetness of sun-dried processing
Roast Level: City roast / Medium (217°C / 420 F MET)
Balances the acidity and flavour notes with the strong caramels from darker roasts

Best brewed either as an Espresso or a Cappuccino, Kaveri Blend is an ideal breakfast coffee. It pairs well with toast or a croissant. We love to use the AeroPress, Moka Pot or honestly even just an Espresso shot!

The Story:
We gave the name “Kaveri” to our Espresso House Blend, to pay tribute to the sacred Kaveri River. Following the Italian espresso recipe, we blend three different coffees, each of them playing a crucial role in the final cup. The base, the heart, and the crema. This City Roast is customised for Espresso, with an extended development time to bring forward the sugar-browning flavours like vanilla, caramel, red fruits, and roasted nuts.
